Roleplay-ing

Adam smiled and let out a small sigh, this night was just perfect. He moved some hair out of her face and smiled then put his hands back on her waist. He put his head on top of hers and closed his eyes as they moved too the music, dancing wasn't half bad now that he thought about it.

"I di- It- it's okay.." Violet looked away, although it was a small peck she felt as if there were millions of butterflies fluttering in her stomach, she wanted to properly kiss him but she didn't know if he wanted to rush into a new relationship. Maybe he was just used to doing these little things with Lilly he thought of her. Millions of thoughts flowed through Violets head she didn't know what to say but she did want to kiss him. She looked back at him and gave him a small sad smile.

Lilly smiled, "I'd say ditch the crowning but hopefully it's after this song." She mummbled in his neck giving him soft kisses there to tease him as well. She wasn't a teaser but if you tease her then she sure as hell will tease you back.

"Ow." Melena whispered, after she felt Adam step on her foot. "You're starting to get the hang of it." She said confidently. The night had been going wonderfully so far, and Adam stepping on her feet didn't help that. She knew he couldn't help it, but she was starting to get upset.

Matty acted on impulse as he lightly grabbed Violet's chin and pulled her up towards him, kissing her properly. "There. Now you know how I feel." He said, looking up at the stars in the sky. "Want to go for food?" He joked, hearing his stomach growl.

"Li-lilly." Freddie muttered, gripping her waist. "Now isn't the time." He said in her ear, as an emcee came on stage and two pillows with crowns were being held next to him. "I think crowning is soon." He said,nodding towards the stage.

"Sorry, I'm not a good dancer." He sighed a bit dissapointed in himself, "I'm gonna go sit down." He smiled saddly and kissed her head the headed back to the table. He sat down and sighed, he looked down at his suit, so much money spent on it just for one night.

Violet furrowed her eyes, "Sure but right after we find out how I feel." she smiled a bit her lip, putting her hand on his jaw she pulled him in for another kiss, this kiss lasting a bit longer than the last kiss. She smiled as their foreheads leaned against eachothers, she smiled and looked into his eyes trying to figure out what he was feeling.

Lilly smiled and looked up at the principal coming up on stage and the DJ intrupting the song, aplogising he gave the microphone to the princial which was already thanking the football team and everyone here tonight. Lilly smiled and squeased Freddies hand as the principal opened the envelopes.

Melena sighed before walking back to the table and sitting next to Adam. "It's not your fault. I'm not a great dancer." She said, grabbing his hand sincerly. She looked over at the group of kids standing near the stage and sighed. She knew she wouldn't win, no one like her did.

Matty smiled and kissed her nose. "I think I feel the same way you do. I don't want to go fast though." he said, laying back in the bed of the truck and pulling her down with him. "I want to take it slow. I also don't want it to ruin our friendship if we breakup."

Freddie squeezed Lilly's hands as the principal teased about pulling the evnvelopes out. "But I'd also like to thank all of the people who made this night possible." He went on to list all of the committees that were needed for this night, and Freddie grew frustrated.

"But your not the one stepping on the feet." Adam sighed and looked down, "I- I need some air." Adam sighed getting up, fustrated he walked through the people until he was standing at the doorway he saw Melena following him, he sighed and waited for her, then saw her walk past him. He furrowed his brows and grabbed her arm harder than he thought, "Sorry but, where are you going?" He asked confused, "A-are you leaving me?" his grip slowly tighened then he let go quickly after he realised he was still holding on.

"Yeah same." Violet put her head on his chest, enjoying this very moment. She looked up at te stars and smiled, "They're beautiful." She heard the music slowing down in the truck, sure she didn't go to homecomming but she did want to dance. She smiled and stood up, "Stand up." She told him then put her head on his chest and hugged him then said softly, "Dance with me."

Lilly sighed as the principal did this every year. Rolling her eyes she put her head on Freddies sholder and whispered, "She needs to hurry up. I want my crown and hotel." She laughed and rubbed her free hand up and down his arm that was holding her hand.

"I was going to go for some air. Because you're acting completely irrational about this. I would never leave you, but you act like you're leaving me. Why you would do this to me is completely out of my mind. " Melena said, breathing quickly as she felt tears spring up to her eyes. She let go of Adam's hand and walked outside, sitting on the bench. She felt her scars burning and itching, and she hated it. "Why can't things be normal foronce." She asked herself as she calmed down from an anxiety attack.

Matty did as he was told, wrapping his arms around Violet's waist. He was quite familiar with the song, it was Let Me In by Grouplove. "Gimme gimme that love, I've been waiting for ya." He sang in Violet's ear, swaying back and forth to the music with her.

Freddie chuckled, waving as people recognized and clapped for him when the principal called his name as being one of the biggest contributors to the project. "I want my crown and hotel too, baby." He said, reaching around and pulling her in front of him. 

Adam looked down at his feet and took a deep breath in then out, he walked outside and looked for Melena. He spotted her on a bench he sighed and sat down beside her, "I- I'm sorry. I didn't mean to grab you like that or leave you, ever. I've just had so many people walk out of my life that the one person containing my happyness would walk out on me wouldn't really be that surpising." he looked over at Melena, wanting to wipe her tears away but he wasn't sure if she even wanted to talk to him right now.

Violet smiled and looked up at him, she felt them again. The butterflies all over her body, they were dancing under the stars with amazing music, who wouldn't have butterflies? She laughed at him, "You actually aren't bad."She whispered as the song finished and so did Mattys singing.

Lilly smiled and leaned her head back to Freddies chest, waiting for the principal to anouce already so they could gather their things and leave.

"I just, I don't know." Melena said, rubbing her arms. "I can't think clearly right now. I need...I don't know." She said, getting herself all worked up against as her breathing got shallower and she started shaking. She grippedonto Adam's wrist as she looked around, her heart racing.

"You say that like you didn't know that I could sing. I see how it is." Matty said, chuckling. "Food now? I'm really hungry." He whined, kissing her forehead. "C'mon, my treat." He offered, hopping out of the bed of the truck.

The list dronedon and on, and Freddie's grip on Lilly got tighter and tighter. He let his hands wander down, feeling her every curve. "You're just so beautiful." He whispered in her ear.

Adam's eyes grew, "Are you okay? Melena." he said trying to get her to look at him he quickly pulled her close to him and huged her, "I'm so so so so sorry. Melena are you okay?" he put his arms on her sholders and shook her a bit, "Take deep breathes babe."

Violet laughed, "Yes of course." she grabbed Mattys hand and jumped off the trunk, she heard him close the back and she headed over to sit down at the passenger side, lowering the volume she put her seat belt on. Her stomach now rubbling she watched them pull out of the feild and on the the road back to civilization.

Liily smiled and just wanted to throw herself on top of him. She moaned a bit and smiled looking at the principal but closing her eyes every now and then as his hands roamed her body. 

melena took deep breaths but kept hiccuping. "I need to get inside."  She said, standing up and going back into the room with all the people. She felt Adam behind her, then the principal called out the winners of King and Queen. "The winners of homecoming king and queend are,, Adam Smith and Melena McAdams!" She announced, and everyone started clapping immediately. Shewas in pure shock but forced herself to go on the stage with a fake smile. As she got crowned she felt her anxiety rising again but she swallowed it down.

"That was fun." Matty said as they traveled back into the city. "Definitely a good night." He added, heading towards a McDonalds. "Drive thru or dine in?" He asked Violet, smiling. "I'm down for whatever. If we get drive thru, you could come stay the night. There's enough room." he said with a chuckle.

"What...the..hell..." Freddie said, in shock. "What?" He yelled, looking at all the people applauding them. "I demand a recount." he said, looking at Lilly who was about to go into hysterics. 

Adam got congraulated as he walked back inside after Melena, he was very confused and pushed to the stage. He got crowed and furrowed his brows, "Uh thank you everyone." He gave them a little smile and looked over at Melena, he slowly grabbed her hand and gave her a soft smile before lipping, "I love you."

"Ah drive thru, we can watch a movie." she smiled as he pulled in the drive thru, "Oh a vegie wrap with fries and iced coffee." She smiled and waited him to order. She looked out her window as he ordered, she smiled and let out a small yawn. This night has been tiring.

"What. The. Fuck." Lilly bascially yelled. She grabbed Freddies hand and walked off, people laughing at the two of them. She scoffed at everyone, rolling her eyes she pushed him against the wall and kissed him. "Take me to that fucking hotel." She was angry and she needed to release that anger.

As the cheering died down, they were able to leave the stage. "The next dance is for the king and queen. Congratulations guys." The DJ said, as he slowed down the song for them to dance on the floor alone. Melena trusted Adam not to step on her feet. As they settled into a rythym, she looked up at him. "I..I love you too."

As Matty ordered, he keptsneaking looks at Violet. She was so beautiful. Pulling through to the window, he paid the cashier and recieved their food, him getting two ten piece mcnuggets and a large Dr.Pepper. "To my house it is!" He exclaimed, driving them towards his house.

"Alright, captain." Freddie said, dragging her through people and to his car where they sped off towards the hotel. He raced through the halls and into their room, throwing his jacket off. "C'mere." He said, pulling her close and stripping her of her clothes. (We can leave them out for a little bit i guess)

Adam smilied and pulled her in for a kiss where everyone cheered and flashes went off, he smiled and whispered, "They love us... I'm sorry for what happened earlier, if there's anything I can do to make it up to you please tell me." his hands rubbed up and down her back as he looked into her eyes a bit concered.

Violet laughed and put the volume up as Boom Clap played on the radio. She danced and sang along sneeking to eat some fries every now and then. "Boom clap the sound of my heart the beat goes on and on na na na na." She swayed from side to side and laughed.

(YEAH SKIP THE FRIKLE FRAKLE STUFF BECAUSE CHILDREN)

"Can I stayover tonight,please?" Melena asked quietly, still swaying along with him as people started to join them on the dance floor for the next song. "I don't want to stay here for the rest of the night. I'm exhausted from two panic attacks and just this whole night." She explained, moving over to the table and picking up her purse.

"You're high. or drunk. or both." Matty said, grinning like a madman. He decided to sing along. "Your picture perfect blues, sunbathing on the moon." He started, letting VIolet sing it all. He ate a few fries and took a sip of his drink. "We're heeeeerrreee." He said in a singsong voice. "Let's go set up a fort and put in a movie." He said, going around and opening Violet's door for her.

"Yeah lets go." He smiled as the song changed and people congraulated them, the dance floor filled up with people again. He held her hand before leading her out of the venue again. He took in a deep breath and then walked over to his Jeep and opened the door for her. Climbing in his side he turned his car on and drove back to his place.

Violet thanked Matty as she took the two bags down along with her iced coffee. She took a sip before walking in his house. She smiled and let the bags on the counter and took out one of the two fries in the bag and begain to nibble on it. "Hey Matty." She looked up at him as he looked at her, concered, "I had a crush on you before when we were younger." she laughed a bit then continued to eat her fries, it was random but true.

"Do you have clothes I can borrow?" Melena asked quietly, texting Violet. Cover for me tonight, please. Say I came over to help you feel better. If they call. She sighed. She hated lying to her parents but she had to in this case. They wouldn't be mad if she would just tell them. Oh well.

"Really?" Matty asked, grabbing two plates and bringing them back over to the island where Violet was sitting. "I liked you when you first moved in next door, about what, 12 years ago?" He thought, laughing. "Let's go build our fort, then we can eat." He said, dragging her into the living room by her hand, looking at all the blankets that were set out on the couch and the chairs that were sitting on there. "Let's go."

Adam nodded, "Yeah, luckily my parents are on vacation." He smiled as he opened the garage automaticly with his car, climing out he walked around to open the door for Melena. Helping her out he led her into the garage and up the steps. Closing the garage he turned on the lights inside and smiled, "Make yourself at home." He walked into the kitchen and set his keys on the counter, "You hungry or thirsty?"

Violet laughed and walked in the living, she looked down at her phone and quickly replied; I got you, have fun! c: She thought it seemed to happy for someone who was sick but then again Melena and Adam are together and that always made her happy. SHe smiled and put her phone on the coffee table and put the blanket over a lamp and over the couch.

"No, I'm good." She said, taking in his house. Of course she'd already been here before, when she met his parents. "I'm so sorry for what happened tonight." Melena said, walking over to Adam and bringing his head down to hers. She felt her crown slipping as she put a hand on her head to steady it. She laughed. "I love you." She said, searching his eyes for something, before she kissed him passionately.

Matty put a blanket over the armchair and speaker. "I'm going to get some pillows and more blankets. I'll be back. Don't miss me too much." He joked with a wink before heading upstairs to his room and grabbing all seven of the pillows that decorated his bed. 

Adam felt Melena pull away for this kiss, an instant smile grew on his face, "It's in the past, it's okay." He brushed some of her hair out of her face and kept his hand on her jaw, "I love you too." He smiled before giving her a soft kiss. He laughed and looked down, "So what do you want to do now?" He dropped his hand from her face and held her hand.

Violet laughed and rolled her eyes as she fixed the fort. It was perfect, just missing a few pillows. She sat on the foor under the fort looking up at the back screen of the tv. Hugging her knees she heard Matty come down with a bunch of pillows, she smiled and set them down in the fort, "There, now it's perfect."

"Cuddle. Carry me to your room." Melena demanded, hopping on his back. "Onwards!" She declared, pointing up the stairs. She felt Adam chuckle beneath her and grab under her knees, taking them up to his bedroom.

"C'mere." Matty said, laying down on pillows and pulling Violet over to come cuddle. He clicked play on the dvd remote and Tangled started to play. "Honestly, this is my favorite disney movie." He admitted. "And honestly, this has been the best night ever. Thank you for spending it with me." He said, putting his head down to hers and giving her a soft peck on the lips.
