Roleplay-ing

Violet nodded, she waited a few minuites outside the nurses station, she pulled and tugged on her sleeves. She actually enjoyed herself today and she was hoping everyday could be like this but maybe a little bit better than before. She hugged herself and looked up to see his walking towards her, she gave him a soft smile and said, "Next time you tell me." she wasn't quite sure where she was going with her sentance, she looked down in confusion and let out a little sigh then told herself, "Your going to fuck this up Violet just shut up."

Adam pointed over at the water then reached out his long arms and placed the water on his tray along with his pizza. He grabbed an apple and placed it on his tray. He wanted to show the nurses he was doing better by eatting a bit more. Talking with Melena made him somewhat excited for lunch. He hasn't really spoken to the others and maybe today can change that.

Melena nodded as she grabbed an orange and walked over to the table silently with Adam. She sat down, wondering where the hell Violet and Dustin could have been. It wasn't like them to show up late. "Do you want to go to the art room with me later?" Melena asked Adam as they started their lunch..

Dustin walked out of the station and saw Violet. "I'll be sure to. I didn't want to ruin what had been happening today though. I'm sorry." He said, grabbing Violet's hand and leading her to the lunch room. He had never been that straight forward with anyone before.

Violet smiled and held on his hand tightly and the warmth was back. His warm hands were much larger than her small cold ones. She also really had enjoyed what had been going on today too and she really didn't want it to stop. She stopped walking but her hand moved with him until he stopped walking. Without saying anything she let go of his hand and gave him a hug, his warmth now spread out all over her body and her face, she said in a whisper, "Thank you so much."

Adam nodded yes then took a deep breath and laughed a bit, "I can't draw.... Maybe you can teach me." he gave her a small half smile as he saw her eyes light up. He knew he coud never draw, ever since he was young he tried to get into the arts but he quickly realised that writing and reading an infact english was his thing but that all stopped that night when he was young.

Melena's eyes lit up with joy. "Of course I can teach you." She said excitedly. "I have some of my canvases drying in there right now actually. We can go after lunch if you wanna." She said, taking a nibble off her pizza and a gul of her apple juice.

Dustin was took by surprise when Violet hugged him, but quickly returned the gesture. "I don't know why you're thanking me. I should be thanking you." He said into her hair, placing a quick kiss on the top of her head. "Let's go get lunch now, yeah?" He said, taking her hand and continuing towards the cafeteria.

Violet smiled and nodded. She walked beside him and held his hand tightly. She wished they didn't have to go for lunch but it was a requirement. The halls were silent as all you heard were her slippers dragging the the ground. She has wished she made herself presentable this morning, she now got the odd feeling that she wanted to impress him.

Adam smiled and nodded, "Yes." he then begain to eat his lunch still waiting for the other two to join in any minuite now. He drank some of his water then looked across at Melena, he gave her a smile even though she probably wasn't even looking at him. He looked back down and continued to eat his pizza and glancing at her every now and then.

Melena barely choked down the rest of her pizza, and peeled her orange. One time she looked up and caught Adam looking at her. Smiling a little she looked back down as he did, probably from embarrassment. It was cute. Letting the juice glide down her throat, she ate half of her orange before getting up to throw away her trash and coming back to finish the other half.

Grabbing his tray with pizza and a bowl of grapes, Dustin grabbed a bottle of water from the fridge and waiting for Violet to come out. "We can finish this quickly and go back to the music room if you'd like." He offered, going to sit with Adam and Melena, smirking at their exchange he walked in on.

After Violet grabbed her 'special' pizza, she got a bowl of strawberries, and water then she walked over to Dustin, she nodded and said, "Yes that would be wonderful." she said before they reached the table where Dustin and Melena were sitting at. She sat down beside Melena and across from Dustin. She quickly begain to eat her special pizza.

Adam was blushing a bit when Violet and Dustin joined them. He looked down then looked back up when he was sure there was no more heat on his cheeks. He finished his pizza then took a bite out of his apple. He looked over at Violet and Dustin eatting but no matter how hard he tried to say something his eyes would always trail back to Melena and forget about saying anything to the other two.

"Afternoon guys." Melena chirped, finishing off her orange. "How was your morning?" She asked the two that just joined them, considering she had been around Adam all morning. She saw Adam keep looking at her, and at one point she looked back and smiled at him.

Dustin nodded. "I'm doing pretty well this morning, Melena. And yourself?" He returned with, taking a few bites of his pizza. Melena had always been a friend to him, no matter what he or she was going through. And now that she was obviously getting Adam to open up a bit, he was thankful.

Violet smiled at Melena and then looked at Adam, he looked at her and didn't look away "That's odd" She smiled at him then he gave her a small smile back and quickly looked away, She laughed a bit, everyone was in a good mood and she liked it. She then looked down at her pizza and left it half eatten, then she began to nibble on the strawberries. She felt her leg touch Dustins and she blushed a bit and quickly moved her foot away.

Adam looked down after he kind of smiled at Violet. He moved his eyes up to see Melena talk to Dustin. He smiled at her then continued to eat his apple. When he finished he put the core on his tray and drank some water. He started to think how fun the art room is going to be with Melena. 

"Bye." Violet smiled to Melena and Adam as they both walked away. Violet felt Dusins leg touch hers again and she felt the heat rise up to her face again. She looked down and ate her strawberries to avoid looking at him.

Adam looked over Melena walking beside him talking about her paintings, he coudn't wait to see them. He knew her drawing was great but imagine a painting. He put his hands in is hoodie poket to feel the book she gave him and then inside the cover he felt the paper she drew him on. He smiled to himself then looked down blushing a bit.

"Bye." Violet smiled to Melena and Adam as they both walked away. Violet felt Dusins leg touch hers again and she felt the heat rise up to her face again. She looked down and ate her strawberries to avoid looking at him.

He put his hands in is hoodie poket to feel the book she gave him and then inside the cover he felt the paper she drew him on. He smiled to himself then looked down blushing a bit.

Violet smiled then laughed a bit at him then shugged, "They're alright." She took another strawberry and began to eat it. She forgot her leg was still touching his and when she remebered an instant blush fell apon her face. She quickly looked down and her bangs fell from the clip that was pinning them back and fell apon her face.

He looked at all the paintings in awe and amazement. He couldn't belive how good they were, he smiled at her and nodded then said, "They are fantastic." He picked up one painting on the rack that was a beautiful scenery. He touched the painting and felt the dry acrylic paint, he could feel all the brush strokes and what direction she painted in. He smiled and looked up at her and took a deep breath then said, "You are an amazing artist." 

Melena smiled,blushing. "Thank you. it means a lot." She said, setting a painting back down and looking at the drawing across the room. "I'm the only one that even wants to come in here anymore. They're trying to get people here, but well, it's not working too well." She added, sittin ginfront of her easel with the pallette in her hand. "Want me to teach you some tricks?" She asked, grabbing a few random colors and different brushes.

"It's getting near one, Vi. Want to take a trip back to the music room then back to the common room for some television?" Dustin asked, standing up and offereing Violet a hand. "Don't worry, I won't have a meltdown this time. They're subdued for the day." He added, feeling his scars burning. Man, he really hadn't cut in a long time.

Violet smiled and nodded , "Don't worry, music will block them out either way... Remember?" she smiled, maybe this time they could play a song together and he could sing along. She couldn't wait to hear his raspy but soft voice again. She smiled a big to herself looking down at her tray, she looked up at him through her side bangs and his hand was still her on her knee. She looked down at her hands on her lap then she reached over and held his hand then looked up to see his reaction.

With a nod, Adam sat down beside Melena, he watched her set her brushes up and mix a few colours. He liked to see her so focused and concentrated. He laughed a bit to himself when she all a sudden got paint on her cheek. He kept looking at it, surely she didn't know. Adam, without thinking pulled his sleeve over his hand and wiped her face, his thumb slipped out of the sweater and accidently touched her soft cheek.

Violet gave him a confused look, "Me sing? Your funny." She kept holding on his hand as she led him too the piano. She sat down and opened the case to reveal the white and black keys. She smiled letting go of the warms of Dusins hands to feel the coolness of the keys.

Adam looked at her with heat rising up inside him, he wanted to aplogize but he didn't know how. His mouth opened but no words came out. After a few attemps he finally said a little bit under a whisper, "I- I'm sorry." His blue eyes never left hers and his hand never left her cheek. Without thinking he strokes his thumb across her check.

Violet shook her head and looked over at his hands then up at him, "Teach me." she looked into his eyes as she smiled then looked back down. "It's not that diffrent from guitar you know?"

Adam didn't know how to react so he did exactly what she told him to do. He slowly leaned in, she was so much more beautiful up close, he thought. His ocean blue eyes scanned her clear blue ones, his slowly started to close as he leaned in and then his lips brushed hers. It was a soft and gentle kiss, he didn't want to hurt her.
